The Specialized Care Co. website supports web standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encoding for credit-card orders.
SSL encrypts (puts into code) all of the information you enter during the ordering process. Even if the transmission of your order were interrupted over the Internet, SSL would prevent anyone from accessing your name, address and credit-card number.
Specialized Care Co. operates exclusively in the State of New Hampshire, which is a no sales tax state for purposes of domestic sales. For Canadian sales, we use UPS as our broker to collect GST and reconcile with CRA. If you select USPS (postal) as the shipping method, we do not have this arrangement, and you will be responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes. For all other countries, you will be required to pay applicable duties and taxes for any shipment method. Your order may be held once it arrives in your country until you settle the required payments.

Alternatively, if you are placing the order online, please provide the Purchase Order number on the first checkout screen in the purple box, lower left. When setting up your account, be sure to provide complete billing and shipping information.
Sending an Order by Mail (Paying in Advance with a Check)
If you wish to pay in advance for your order using a mailed-in check, you may go through the process of ordering online. When you see the credit card page, you should choose "Hold my order - I will send a check or money order". Then press the "Complete Order" button. This will give you the whole cost, including shipping. Remember that this will be in US Dollars. Print the order page. Add a check made out to Specialized Care Co Inc. and mail to us at:

International Calls: To phone or fax us from outside the US or Canada, dial 011 prior to our numbers in area code 603. The toll-free 800 number can be dialed directly from the US and from Canada, but it is not accessible from other international locations.

We ship to addresses within the Continental U.S. by UPS or by USPS.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and FPO-APO addresses. Orders to these addresses will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
We will make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. If, as occasionally happens, we have a backorder on an item you have requested, we will advise you of the delay within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
