We ship from the USA, and we have an arrangement with UPS whereby we charge you enough to cover the GST and the duties. UPS pays those charges on your behalf as the order enters Canada. This expedites the shipment and saves you from having to interrupt your day to pay the charges.

There is no similar option when you ship with USPS (Postal service). So those charges are NOT included in your cart charges, and depending on your order, you may be required to make the payments before your order can be delivered.

Regardless of the type of shipping carrier selected, we do not collect provincial taxes, so you are responsible for those.
